If your Optimal teleHealth membership was obtained for you by your employer or an organization of which you are a member, then you have a group membership. The following videos were created to help you understand the processes associated with completing, activating, and utilizing your membership.
Medical Benefits Enrollment
A common way for your employer/organization to enroll group members is through the use of an Enrollment Preference Form. This video will introduce you to that form and how to process it.
Lyric Membership Activation
All group memberships include enrollment with virtual healthcare services provided by Lyric Health. When you receive notification your enrollment has been completed, you still need to activate the membership to gain access to services. This video will show you how to do that.
