Who provides services?
The services you are subscribing to are provided by My Telemedicine, Inc., one of the premier providers of telemedicine services in America with over 2 million memberships in force. My Telemedicine sells exclusively through resellers and Optimal teleHealth, LLC is an authorized reseller for My Telemedicine. This means once you have completed your membership subscription on this website, you will access your services directly through the My Telemedicine member portal using your computer, smartphone, or tablet.
It’s not insurance. It’s a membership.
You obtain the services listed below through membership. Because this is not insurance, it means you will not be rejected due to pre-existing conditions, age, or for any reason. This makes the subscription process simple, all that is required is basic contact information, no need for social security numbers or proof of residency.
We make it simple. No contract or term agreement.
We are all about quality, from Member Care to Physician Credentialing. In fact, we are so confident you will love our services, we don’t even ask you to sign an agreement. If you don’t like our services, you can unsubscribe through the Optimal teleHealth member portal any time.
Your information is safe.
All your personal and medical information is safe in My Telemedicine’s HIPAA compliant system. Medical records, including all your consultation records, are stored in a HIPAA compliant electronic medical records file that can be accessed by any doctor with whom you’re consulting.
Bilingual Hispanic Services
Doctor consultations are provided in Spanish and the My Telemedicine Member Care Team provides services in Spanish as well. Additionally, their website can be converted to Spanish with the click of a button.

- 24/7/365 access to a board-certified doctor for diagnosis and treatment of many common medical conditions, including prescriptions if needed
- 24/7/365 access to Behavioral Health Counseling provided by licensed professional counselors
- Email access via secured member portal to a variety of medical specialists to answer your specific medical or prescription drug questions
- Access to a Care Navigation team of medical billing experts who are ready to assist you in the negotiation of medical service costs or direct you to the most cost-effective sources for any particular service
App-Based Services Include:
- Search for doctors, dentists, and other practitioners in your area
- My Providers: Quick access to your current providers

- Rx Valet: Find lowest cost prescription near you
- Referral Now: If we can’t treat you, we’ll provide referrals
