Massage Envy
Group Registration Information
Please provide the following information for each Massage Envy clinic you wish to register. Once this registration information has been received by Optimal teleHealth, your designated Membership Administrator will receive a system generated email with a link to your private company portal along with the login and password necessary to access the administrator’s Dashboard.
Optimal teleHealth will complete the initial setup process for each clinic employee, but the process will not move forward until the appropriate authorized person (owner/manager) has finalized the subscription payment process. From the clinic Dashboard, the administrator will manage all future subscriptions and cancellations for memberships as staffing changes occur.
