Step One
1. Reach out to your doctor
Simply call in, log in or use your app to request or schedule a consultation. Our triage team will evaluate your condition and connect you with either Urgent Care or your personal physician, as appropriate for optimal result.
Step Two
2. Speak with your Care Coordinator
Your Care Coordinator finds out what’s going on, makes sure you’re getting the appropriate care, and updates your health records with your symptoms.
Step Three
3. Consult with your doctor
Your Primary Care Doctor recommends a course of treatment for you, and if prescriptions are needed, they’re sent to your pharmacy of choice.
