Memberships sold to a company, association, organization or club for use by their employees/members and paid for by the company/organization. To qualify as a “Group”, the company/organization must purchase a minimum of five (5) memberships, agree to endorse and promote Optimal teleHealth membership to their employees/members and execute a “Disclosure of Terms” document provided by Optimal teleHealth.
